For Therapists & Admins

Go to /admin and sign in with your therapist account.

Add a child — إضافة طفل

Open Children → + Add Child. Fill in the name, age group, PIN, and optionally an avatar photo.

Build the board — بناء اللوحة

Open the child's Board Editor. Add pages (e.g. "Food", "Feelings"), then add symbols by searching ARASAAC or uploading a custom image.

Set a subscription — تعيين الاشتراك

Go to Subscriptions and set an expiry date for the child's access. The board auto-locks when the subscription expires.

Share the board URL — مشاركة رابط اللوحة

The child or carer opens /board in any browser — no app installation needed.

Open the board — فتح اللوحة

Your therapist gives you a URL — open it in any browser.

Find your name — ابحث عن اسمك

Tap your profile picture on the landing screen.

Enter your PIN — أدخل رمز PIN

Type your personal PIN on the keypad to unlock your board.

Tap a page — اختر صفحة

Tap any page tile (e.g. "Food") to open its symbols.

Build a sentence — ابنِ جملة

Tap symbols one by one — they appear in the sentence bar at the top of the screen.

Speak it — انطق الجملة

Tap the 🔊 speaker button to hear the sentence read aloud. Tap ✕ to clear and start again.
